Write Your Own Story: The Journaling Guide
"Write your own story" is a guide to self-exploration through journaling.
My hope is that this little guide can initiate a spark within you, a small push out of the limitations of personal safety and into the beauty of the unexpected. Every part is designed to help you lift yourself into a way of living that is more intentional, more aligned, more interesting, more raw, more alive.
Background:
When publishing this e-guide, I have been journaling for 743 days.
What started as a 30-day project has turned into my most sacred ritual.
When I discovered journaling I was feeling stuck and reduced. I was introduced to this practice and something within me just clicked. I started seeing a new reality for myself. Things began moving inside of me and suddenly I felt able to take steps towards the life I really wanted. I re-connected with myself and my source of joy, purpose, excitement, lust.
The internal journey that came with journaling was the strongest and most exciting I have experienced. I created this guide because I want you to experience the same effect.
I want you to start living less out of habit and more out of intention. I want you to find pleasure and purpose. I want you to awaken parts of yourself that you haven’t checked in with in a long time.
What does the guide contain?
The guide dives into six chapters with five questions - one for each day. Some of the topics we cover are: Relearning how to dream, clearing out limiting beliefs that are holding you back, the power of intention, and setting goals and visualising them, connecting with what it is that makes you feel alive, and others.
The journaling guide is for you if:
- You're curious to start journaling but need a framework to get started
- You want to create a practice of reflection and gratitude
- You feel stuck in a routine you are not happy with
- You are craving to find more pleasure and excitement in your life
- You want to tap into your creativity
- You want to get into the habit of writing but don't know how to get started
You decide the price
I want the journaling guide to be accessible to anyone who feels drawn to it, no matter their situation. Knowing that the value of the guide and the change it may lead to within you will be relative to each person, I wanted the price to reflect that.
A complete guide to journaling, covering six different chapters with five questions within each, one for each day.
